Crochet bold stripes Mini blanket

This is a next bold stripe blanket. I am in love with this pattern and can’t seem to help myself but work on it. I have loads of color ideas for this one. This is a mini blanket in purple. It is the same color trend as before but in shades of purple.

This is the link to the previous blanket in shades of Blue and where you can find the pattern. This is essentially a moss stitch in crochet, which is super simple and super fast.

Materials:
Caron Simply soft yarn in the colors:
Passion, Grape, Orchid, Grey heather, and charcoal heather.
Finished dimensions – 11×17″
This blanket is now available on etsy.

Have a great weekend guys!

Shaded Circles crochet blanket

Hello fellow crocheters in the house!

I haven’t forgotten how to crochet. I know I have been knitting for a while now but crocheting is the really as much fun if not more. This project is super awesome. It is a free pattern.

I used a joining method I haven’t tried before for this blanket. I used the tight join method which is this one.

I am really pleased the way this has turned out, as I had to frog it a couple times the joining didn’t look perfect.

rounds

Materials:

Caron simply soft Off white, Light country peach, pumpkin and grape.

I made 8 circles of grape and 9 circles of the other colors. and placed them randomly. I framed them with off white to make them into a square (like in the pattern). Then I added a round of single crochet. Then I started joining them. They are joined by tight joining method but I went around with a half double crochet stitch in a continuous join-as-you-go method.

Edging: I framed this blanket with reverse single crochet edging which goes really well with the tight joining twists.

Knitted chevron blanket No. 3

Hello fellow crafters,

Hope you had a great relaxing but productive long weekend. I have been trying to get my custom order sent out. This blanket was so much fun to make especially because the colors turned out to be very pretty. I used random stripe generator to create this stripe pattern. Have I already told you about how much I love this site by biscuits and jam?

The pattern for this pattern is really super-simple and super-quick to knit. It is a free pattern. You can access it here.

I have used this pattern twice before, in shades of pink and shades of yellow.
